We use Virgin Beads, which are BB-sized polystyrene (Styrofoam) pellets that are smooth, round and about 3mm wide.   Because the beads are all the same shape, they shift to fit the contour of your body.

The amounts of beads inside your Yogipoof bean bag have been carefully chosen to give you the proper amount of support: it stretches when you stretch and it adjusts to your mood. We don’t Vacuum our Beanbags before shipping, to avoid taking the air out of the bead, which some manufactures do in order to save on shipping cost. Your satisfaction is our priority!

After some time, depending on how much you use your bag, you might find that your Yogipoof doesn't seem as responsive as it was originally purchased. This is because the beads have been slightly compressed over time.
