When you place your order:
We send out 2 emails with every order received.

1) An email confirming you placed the order and the item(s) requested.

2) An email which includes the tracking number for your shipment so that you may monitor your order’s progress to your home.

8. SALES TAX
We are a California based company. California presently imposes a sales tax of 7.25%. The Internet laws currently do not force us to collect a sales tax  from order that are shipped outside of California.

9. RETURN POLICY
We have a 14 day  return policy.   When you receive your order, inspect the product and if you are not fully satisfied, you can return it for a refund less the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.   If you find it necessary to return an item to us for replacement or a refund, email us at returns@yogipoof.com for an RA (or RMA) number and the return shipping address for your item. Please repackage the products securely in the original packing materials.. Please contact us at returns@yogipoof.com for the proper return center address. Be sure to include inside the package a copy of your sales record and a note describing the problem with the item and the RA number. You must contact us for a return authorization number before returning an order to us. If the shipment is incorrect and our fault or if the product is damaged, we will issue you a return shipping label to use so that you do not incur the shipping charge. This is not the case on products you have simply decided not to  keep. No packages will be accepted without an RA number on the outside of the box. All merchandise must be in its original  condition and in the original manufacturer's labeled packaging, enclosed within a shipping carton and must include all packaging material. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.

Defective Merchandise:
If you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department 9:30AM - 6:00 PM PST, Monday - Friday, at 877.YOGIBAG or email cs@yogipoof.com.  Please have your order number when you call. All of our order numbers are 4-5 digits long. You can find this number on your order confirmation email as well as your packing slip.

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a full refund. Should you desire to cancel an item, which has not been shipped, call the Customer Service Department between 9:00AM - 6:00 PM PST, Monday - Friday, at 877.YOGI-BAG.
 
Also email the cancellation to cs@yogipoof.com. You will be advised if your merchandise has not been shipped and may therefore still be cancelled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and restocking charges.

Out of Stock?
Items that you order with 2-3 day processing times are typically in stock.  Due to the busy holiday between December 1st and December 24h, shipping times may increase but we will make every possible effort to ship  your order in a timely manner. If you agree with the timeline anticipated for actual delivery, we will continue with the order for you.  You may cancel a back-ordered item at any time by emailing us at cs@yogipoof.com.

10. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Due to the nature of bean bags, UPS and FedEX charge an oversize box rate. As an example,  a 5-pound bean bag may ship as it were an 80 pound item. We have a flat rate shipping policy in an attempt to fairly charge the costs we incur in boxing and shipping. Our flat rate charges are by weight.

We can ship products to the 50 states and to Canada. We can also ship products internationally. Please call us before placing an order if you need the product shipped anywhere outside the USA.
